This part of the website is dedicated to non EU-AETR Contracting Parties who are supposed to issue tachograph cards by the 16th of March 2010 and to make the fitment of digital tachographs mandatory in all new registered vehicles as from 16th of June 2010. The documents made available in this section should help them getting access to the relevant legislations, having an overview of what might be a project plant to meet the deadlines and understanding the various aspects of the digital tachograph system.
